and financial commitments required to maintain high-quality services. Therefore, we operate on a no
refund policy for advance bookings made through our website, third-party booking platforms, or any
other means.
Once the booking is confirmed and the advance payment is processed, no refunds will be
issued for cancellations, early departures, or no-shows, irrespective of the reason. This policy ensures
that we can continue offering affordable rates and maintain the quality of services that our guests
expect.
However, we do provide options to modify your reservation with a minimum of 48 hours' notice
before the check-in date, subject to availability.
