By making a booking with INIZIO, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Full payment of the advance amount is required to confirm a booking, and no booking is confirmed until payment is received. All guests must present valid photo identification (Aadhaar card, passport, or government-issued ID) upon check-in. Check-in time is from 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure guest safety, INIZIO is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests must adhere to house rules, including quiet hours, no smoking in non-designated areas, and no consumption of alcohol or drugs in common areas. Any violation may result in eviction without a refund. Additionally, guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward fellow travelers and staff. Harassment, violence, or inappropriate conduct will lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund.
